The Nova 2 is an extremely slim speaker; to prevent the cabinet from tipping over a base plate needs to be screwed to the bottom panel.
1 bag of polyester damping material should be placed into the small, upper chamber. The remaining damping material should be loosely packed in the lower chamber, the bass reflex tubes (and 15 cm around them) should remain uncovered.
All panels need to be screwed together; lastly, the drivers will be fitted.
The bass reflex tubes consist of two parts, shortened to 125 mm and then glued to one another back-to-back. Before fitting the last panel the bass reflex tubes should be pushed through the reflex opening. Two tubes each should then be glued together - it cannot no longer be done afterwards.
The crossover may be placed on the bottom panel; the base should the be detachable.
Before fitting the second side panel all internal wiring should be completed; afterwards it's considerably more complicated.
