NT 34 aus ADM 1/2007Udo Wohlgemuth took the Temperance drivers as a base to develop a speaker that is quite capable to compete in its class.

Besides the BM 17/8 from the Temperance, there is a choice between the HT26 and the Audaphon JP 3.0 as a tweeter.

So, there are two kits available at different price points.

NT34 Review

Udo Wohlgemuth reviews the sound of the NT34 in ADM 9/2006:
"..Powerful, extremely detailed and full of dynamics was the sound of the NT 34, without even the slightest hint of turning the fast runs in the mid and high frequency band into unidentifiable mash. A lot more finesse was needed when Al di Meola and Paco de Lucia met for a "Mediterranean Sundance". The virtuosos produced such fast runs on their guitars that even the listeners felt the pain in their fingers. The speakers were undisturbed. Without even a touch of pity, every note, including the faintest ambient noise caused by battering the instruments, was reproduced faithfully. The "Four Seasons" performed by the Jacques Lousier Trio was somewhat more tranquil. Bass player and drummer quickly agreed who was allowed to play which frequencies coming from the speakers, since both were granted the frequency range that they legitimately desired.."

NT34 - impedance correction for valve amps

If you want to use the NT 34 with a valve amp, we recommend the following impedance correction:
- 100 µF ELCO non-etched
- 0.1 mH air core coil (0.71 mm wire)
- 6.8 Ohm resistor MOX4
